In-Salon Group Refresher

ABOUT THE COURSE

SOA is excited to offer refresher training for teams of up to 5 people who have weft experience/training and want to tweak their skills. This course provides flexible and focused training for your staff, with content relevant to your skill level and areas you need improvement on. You will get the opportunity to chat with the course coordinator to discuss your requirements so we can customise a training session for you and your staff get the most out of the session.

This Workshop designed for Qualified hairdressers and Hair Extension Technicians who already have previous industry training/certification in hair extensions and would like refresher training or to expand on their skills.

WHAT WE COVER

Our training is comprehensive, using 13 years experience in weft application we have many secret tricks to share, some of the things we will cover are:

• Advanced placement for challenging installs
• Info on layering, mixing techniques and colour placement
• Trouble shooting with issues with slippage, stitching, matting, customer complaints
• Advanced consultation techniques to improve booking success rate

Unfortunately there are a lot of companies offering training without the qualifications and experience required, leaving students leaving feeling less then confident in their new skills and hesitant in implementing the services into their salons. We are passionate about weft extensions and want everyone to attain success in their hair extension transformations!

WHAT DO I BRING?

Please ensure you have all your weft tools and equipment ready to use for the day and suggest each staff member has a mannequin to practice on. 

HOW LONG IS THE TRAINING?

Refresher sessions are available in 1, 2 or 3 hour increments.

Once your booking is confirmed we will contact you to book a date for your training. As Refresher courses are only short workshops we can usually fit you within 2 weeks*

*(We guarantee your training date to be within a 4 week period, if a suitable date cant be found you will be offered a full refund).
